There does seem to me a pressing need for this. I do have relevant qualifications and recently have been teaching GCSE to adults. However a year or so the college made all foreign language teachers redundant in order to devote more financial resource to teaching numeracy and literacy to 16 year olds!I'm sure they don't have to do this in France where I agree educational standards are higher.
