   I can’t seem to find an email address for you so I’m using this form.
   I was interested to see your piece about renting Paris property as I have a relative who is doing just this. I was looking at your other site and noticed that the letter form the Mayor in 1998 is from Delanoë and is dated 2008 (!) and that the scan is of a very poor quality so it’s difficult to make out the words. Also, all the other documents are not available – you just get a 404 error.
   It’s a topic of great interest to me so I’d really be very interested to see the documents.

   Ron – there was a problem on some downloads which I have now fixed – a mystery how it happened.

   Yes, this information has been circulating since early 1998, but -just about everybody has had their head in the sand, hoping the problem will go away – the amount of misinformation I am hearing now is awesome, but I am trying only to report what I see, not make suppositions and encourage discussion.

   I do not put my email on any website as this gets huge quantities of spam if I do – and I have a phobia about phones
