Is that 90-150 euro per month, per person or per couple ?. If it is per couple it is much cheaper than an expat package done in the UK. If so I may be able to recommend someone for the pool and for changeovers and managment as I am marketing some apartments there and these will need management services. They are also building a pool so could help there too. Other good sites charge about 150 euro a year each for advertising, I know of good reports from www.vrbo.com www.A1Vacations.com www.HolidayRentals.com and www.FrenchConnections.com However, there are thousands of rental sites now, so my initiative to generate a community for owners and renters is timely and I hope I can cut through all the confusion and give a good service. We are about to put in a pool of about 8m x 4m, can you recommend a pool supplier / installer close by. Also we are seeking to rent our new home out for holidaying families, which are the best sites and places to advertise it.
