		<description>It can be a really painful experience when you are with a wrong partner, not sure why it was a dedicated server recommendation and how the contract was made initially (there can be colo, unmanaged, partial managed and fully managed where each of them may have different rates and service level),  but having a serious exploit for a long period of time without a solution is rather unacceptable.</description>
