Our House For Sale in Sorede

I have been working with some video and animation techniques to find the best way to present properties online - many websites offer expensive slide animation with music but I found a simple and free system that I will use - this presentation took me less than ten minutes and cost absolutely nothing, even the soundtrack is copyright free.

We’ll be very interested to hear of the progress & success of this video technique.
For ourselves, we can’t imagine that it will sell houses any better than a collection of stills but we’ll be interested to have our opinions changed.

I do not see this animated sequence replacing good photos - I am finding that videos are much more helpful in showing a property, however a video is expensive to make well and most are made so badly and boring that they are worse than useless.
Tihs simple tool just takes the good still photos already on the site and makes a quick, snappy compilation - it is an attention grabber, costs nothing, is quick to make and may help people to remember a property, which can only be a good thing.

This is a great way to get an overview of the property but would it be possible to have a click link under the video to go to the stills and details of the property without having to go back to this page. I may have missed something.
Will you be able to show a short walk round video of properties later?
Also I do think that the pictures you show of properties are really good as the ones from estate agents show a view from a roof or a scrubby garden and little of the exterior and interior of the property.
