I think it's the hardest thing for the Brits to get their head round when they try to live in France- in the UK we all assume that you don't pay tax unless you make money. In France you pay tax just for having money, or trying to make it, or because your Auntie once had it.......... Keep up the good work Tom Amen on the French Government.
