Another week passes

May 20, 2007

I have not forgotten Madeleine McCann, in looking around the Internet trying to find something positive I could do I was saddened by the information about so many missing children - it is a week now since I posted the ,email from Madeleine’s Uncle there have been some useful comments and dialogs - all I have done is to put the link to Child Rescue Alert on my websites and blogs where I can. It seems so little, I will remember and keep looking for ways to help.

The Tidswell family are in todays Sunday Mirror in the UK - we are there as an example of a family who moved to live in the South of France about the same time as Peter Mayle - I have not seen it yet, so I don’t know if the facts, figures and photos are correct, but it doesn’t matter as our fifteen minutes of fame is so ephemeral - at least old newspapers were once used to keep fish and chips warm, now the best I can hope for is to be efficiently recycled as something useful loo-paper perhaps. At least it meant we took some new photos of the family Carole, Miranda, Alexandra, Tony and Jack
